A lot has happened since ''Typhoon '' in '94, but it's interesting to note that your efforts to allow us to print Davenport's book from the Harvard Business School Press two-up on DocuTech was a significant milestone for Xerox in Book Publishing.

Today, that application is running around the world, transferring volume to DocuTech from offset presses, and opening up a whole new business - short count editions.  Not only were you creative in developing the application, your graphics skills proved invaluable in some of the cover and photo work you helped with.

I understand that you'll shortly be... moving north.  Your graphic and technical skills are unmatched (it still takes longer to produce a high-powered product now than when you were involved), and I hope that you will be able to use this unqualified endorsement.
